We are looking forward to spring! Here are a couple new menu items:
Housemade pierogies stuffed with smoked Atlantic Cod and yukon gold potato puree. Served with caramelized cream and roasted beets. The beets are tossed in a caraway infused red wine vinegar. They are delicious.
We are also very excited to announce the addition of the bone-in ribeye for 2. From our friends at Peterson Farms in Wisconsin, each ribeye weighs over one pound. The plate is served with our signature arugula salad and roasted cauliflower that is tossed in an aged beef fat and truffle vinaigrette. This dish is a must try.
We also updated our hanger steak. The steak is now served with triple cooked potatoes (similar to steak fries) and a vibrant mint chimichurri.
