Spring is almost here! While we wait for its arrival, come enjoy our new menu items for late-winter:
-Oxtail Tortilla soup as returned! A staff favorite from last year, this hearty soup is made from braised oxtail and pasilla chiles. The soup is topped with crema, avocado, tortilla strips, and radishes.
-The new bruschetta is Muhammara garnished with pomegranate seeds, cilantro, and walnuts. Muhammara is a traditional dip made from roasted red peppers and walnuts.
-Sardines! Full of good-for-you fish oil and a great sustainable seafood option! These filets are served dressed in a tomato-ginger caramel and finished with bonito flake and a refreshing cucumber salad.
-Poached Halibut with salt roasted fingerlings, a saute of fennel, leeks, and carrots and a delicious beurre citron. Delicate, hearty, and comforting.
-Housemade Rye Tagliette pasta with yellow foot mushrooms, swiss chard, and burratta. Who doesn’t love burratta?!
