Over a third of all food produced gets wasted every year — this “waste” could feed more than 800 million people. We’ve partnered with NETZRO to be the first distillery in the nation to upcycle its spent grain as commercially available edible ingredients. The result is high in fiber, high in protein, and low in sugar. Even better: it’s good for the planet, farms, consumers and animals.
